When I was a sophomore in high school, I found a cookie decorating video on Instagram. Seven years of hard work later, here we are!
My love for baking started when I was a little girl. I remember being so excited for “Christmas Cookie Day” where my big Italian family would come together and bake hundreds of cookies. Since then, I knew I wanted to own a bakery.
After high school, I went straight to culinary school to perfect my passion. I spent a year at the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC to become a certified pastry chef. It was here that I discovered it was a combination of dessert and decorating that I truly love.
With the support of my amazing family and a lot of patience, I have been decorating cookies since that Instagram video I saw when I was 15. The smiles I see on my customers faces are what make this job so rewarding. I can’t wait to continue going that extra mile to make your wedding, birthday, etc. extra special!
